The programme, with a budget of 434 million euros, provides for primary energy saving of over 30% through the energy upgrade, in at least three energy categories, of each residence that will be supported within the framework of the programme. The programme concerns buildings used as a main residence (detached houses and individual apartments). The main objective of the programme - among others - is to support energy-vulnerable and affected population groups. The eligible costs of the programme include the following: - Replacement of window frames, - Installation/upgrade of thermal insulation, - Upgrading of the heating/cooling system, - Hot water system using Renewable Energy Sources (RES), - Other energy saving interventions, such as the installation of a smart management system (smarthome) and energy storage systems (batteries).
