GERMANY'S RHEINMETALL, LITHUANIA SIGN JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
Rheinmetall and two Lithuanian state companies signed a 260-million-euro deal to build an artillery ammunition plant in Lithuania.The agreement, signed remotely on December 20, involves Rheinmetall (51% stake), Epso-G Invest (48%), and Giraitės Ginkluotes Gamykla (1%).The project's value could reach 300 million euros, with completion expected by end of 2026.
