On Wednesday, Nayef Al-Fayez, Chief Commissioner of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority met with Ambassador of the European Union to Jordan Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas. They discussed potential collaborations in green transformation, sustainable growth, marine environment, smart transportation, and digital transformation. The meeting also included Ayman Suleiman, Commissioner for Environment and Nature Reserves. Al-Fayez outlined the strategic priorities of the Aqaba region as outlined in the strategic and urban plans.
