Prices on the primary residential property market continue to rise as regards the biggest cities; over the past four years prices have surged the most in Poznań and Łódź, i.e. by 73%, and the least in Warsaw and Wrocław, i.e. by 65% and 58% respectively.Statistics clearly show a sharp upward trend in property prices, which practically nothing can stop. In the coming months the scale of price increases will be determined by factors related to the new housing scheme prepared by the government and rising construction costs. (ICE VARSAVIA)
