Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Company has selected US-based HKS Architects as the lead designer for its Corinthia Residences project in Riyadh's Diriyah Gate development. The project is part of Diriyah Living, which is located in the development's Diriyah Square area. The Corinthia Residences will offer 10 types of four-bedroom units under two categories, Garden and Sky residences. The size of the units will be 1,233-1,643 square metres. The residences will be created in the Najdi architectural style, with interiors by French interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. In addition to the Corinthia Residences, there are other branded residences projects in Diriyah Gate by Ritz-Carlton and La Vie Baccarat.
