A report released by EY-Parthenon shows that 27 percent of the CEOs of the business organisations surveyed plan to implement AI tools over the next twelve months, while globally 76 percent of CEOs take the view that AI rollout will improve labour efficiency. The report also shows that currently AI tools are used mainly to optimise operations, automate processes and develop self-service tools, such as chatbots, with key challenges concerning data protection and intellectual property rights.
