One Homes has announced a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise development in the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab.   the UK-based real estate group, behind Lahore’s most expensive residential address, has acquired a prime site on Raiwind Road, where the developer will launch its next landmark residential project in Pakistan’s second largest metropolis.   The acquisition follows the successful handover of One Canal Road,  the group’s flagship development in Lahore designed by internationally renowned Miami based architect Kobi Karp and featuring interiors by Versace Ceramics.   The project established a new benchmark for luxury residential pricing in Lahore. A 10,000 square foot sky villa within the development has since been listed at Rs1 billion, making it the most expensive penthouse ever offered in Pakistan.    One Homes, part of One Group, is among Pakistan’s leading foreign real estate investors, with more than $435 million in developments under way across Lahore and Islamabad, including One Serene Residences, Amaya Residences and Diyàr.
