The restrictions apply to both third countries and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states.Under the new rules, exports of bulls over 12 months old will be capped at 60,000 head, with 40,000 allocated to feedlots and 20,000 to producers. Producers face a 500-head ceiling.
