The Permanent Representations to the European Union and the trade promotion organisations of  Italy, Germany and Spain in collaboration with the European Commission (Directorate - General for International Partnerships) and with the support of 20 other EU member countries organise the Webinar “Changes in the European Union External Actions Procurement: PRAG 2025”. The event will be held next Thursday 8 May 2025  (10h00 – 11h30 CEST).  The webinar aims to inform European businesses about new developments in the procurement procedures of the European Union's External Action in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Southern Mediterranean, Eastern Neighbourhood, Asia, Central Asia and the Pacific.  The new version of the Practical Guide (PRAG) on Contracts and Grants for EU External Actions is applicable as of 20 January 2025. Among the most relevant changes introduced are the following: reinforcement of clauses relating to compliance with the principles and values of the European Union in procurement documents, particularly, in the general conditions of contracts; incorporation of clauses of the Regulation on foreign subsidies that distort the internal market.
