RYANAIR EXPANDS AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE FACILITIES IN POLAND
Ryanair, a budget Irish airline, has opened a second Aircraft Maintenance Service (WAMS) hangar in Poland's western city of Wroclaw.The new investment, which is worth EUR 25 million, will make it possible for WAMS to service four aircraft at the same time and will employ around 300 people.WAMS was established in 2017 to service the Ryanair fleet. Following the opening of its second hangar, it will employ 550 people in the two facilities.Ryanair currently operates 43 routes from Wroclaw. (ICE VARSAVIA)
